140,000 Agents, One Home

We worked closely with YouTube to create a one-of-a-kind house-listing channel to help 140,000 RE/MAX agents sell more homes. By gaining exclusive permission from Google, LeeReedy/Xylem Digital developed a system that scrapes each RE/MAX agent's YouTube page – then positions that video on the RE/MAX YouTube branded map, ready to be viewed by individuals looking for a new home. The system has allowed agents to focus less on the maintenance of videos and more on selling – and has boosted RE/MAX's organic search rankings to the dominant position.
