The rebranding of Jamba Juice and the company’s foray into experiential interactive was led by the launch of jambajuice.com. From there, it spread to a comprehensive CRM program: with one promotion we developed, LeeReedy/Xylem Digital helped Jamba Juice attain 100,000 buy-one-get-one-free redemptions in just 3 days. The interactivity even found its way into store locations, where we created kiosks to speed and streamline ordering.
